Preamble – Quality Management System outlines structure of the quality system and serves as a reference in the implementation and maintenance of the quality system. It contains policies, goals, procedures, plans, records that demonstrate that the GTN Infrastructure Ltd is able to control the principal requirements of the international standard. QMS aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system including processes for continual improvement of the system. Our QMS adheres to the guidelines of ISO 9001:2008.
These processes are documented, implemented and monitored by the concerned process owners, and are audited twice a year by our Quality Management System team. Our management reviews the effectiveness of QMS during management review meeting twice in a year for suitability, sustainability and improvement. The training module is designed to help our employees improve their competency, which is reviewed once in six months. GTN Infra focuses on continual improvement in the QMS practices for the betterment of the business.
